Drive through might have been open, but I was ignored while the manager was outside on her phone. I sat there for 15 minutes and she didn’t take my order at all. The phone was disconnected and still currently is. 0/10 Update: a year later there is still issues. Thursday the 29th, I placed a mobile order. In the order I had a frozen Coke. When I get to the order machine the lady taking orders says they don’t have it right now . When I get to the second window I receive the frozen Coke that they “don’t have right now”
There’s always a long wait even if you’re the only person in the store. Employees do too much playing around.
It’s definitely not a good sign when you have to worry if your food has been tampered with. service is horrible and no one listens when you order, food is wrong or something is missing 99% of the time.
