This location refuses to walk outside to fulfill curbside pickup. I waited 25 minutes only for my order to be marked as completed. I went inside to find that nobody knew where my order was and when it was finally found, it was cold and missing items. It is absolutely ridiculous the lack of care this location provides to its customers. I will not be returning and will advise others to do the same. Terrible customer service! Everyone in that store acts entitled. I get in the drive thru and I have been sitting in line for over 45 minutes and the line wasn’t even long at all it wasnt peak hours either. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. One time I waited at curbside pickup for AN HOUR and I had to go inside to get my food that had been sitting there and forgotten. Horrible management as well. Someone needs to put these workers in check. Maybe when I call HR they will do something😒
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Customer service is awful. 10:45pm and I am asking about my mobile through order. The app had a glitch but was not popping up my order, BUT I had proof of my purchase in my email! These people are rude immediately as soon as I’m in the drive thru before I can hardly let out a few words. DO NOT COME HERE. My daughter and I recently visited this McDonald's location and were thoroughly impressed! The staff were incredibly pleasant, making our visit truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back to eat in again soon Thank you Arianna and we especially want to thank the manager who was on duty at the time for their excellent service
