Work for door dash waiting 10 minutes. Manager heard to say that she will make door dash orders late and do other orders.

Lost my order said they couldn't do anything for me with even with receipts on their app and my email made me go back though line and re order my food
Tried to use the kiosk. We are older folks and the kiosk is harder to use for us than ordering at the counter. Drinks are no longer self serve. Tables clean. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese, crispy chicken and a soda. Had to ask for my soda because they forgot it.
