Literally here right now and I've been here for 40 minutes and have yet to receive my food. There was some homeless guy trying to get warm in the bathroom and everyone pretty much stopped what they were doing to get him out.. at least feed the people who are here that ordered and paid.. didn't apologize for my inconvenience, offer anything complimentary for my wait.. absolutely nothing.
Lovely when i'm starving
Aaaaa where do i start? First time i ever been charged for bbq sauce when its clearly free in the app. It was not any of the sauces that are extra its literally free uet manager refused my mobile order w bbq sauce and made me go up to the xounter to charge me not for the bbq sauce which is clearly free on the receipt but charged me 81 cents for misc sauce.
