I had food delivered from here 3 or 4 times. Every time there is at least one item missing. I usually order only about 3-5 items so it’s not a big order where something could easily be missed. Fries were filled half full and old tasting.
Hardly go here but daughter wanted an Oreo mcflurry so I made an exception. We were given a cup of vanilla ice cream with a teaspoon of granulated Oreo crumbs put on top. We had the worst customer service experience we’ve ever encountered — and it was directly due to the manager on duty. She spoke broken English, misunderstood our order, and then blamed us at the window, claiming we had ordered incorrectly. Thankfully, another employee overheard our conversation after the manager walked away and stepped in to help.
