(BEST MCDONALDS!!! Makes food Fresh EVERYTIME!!!) ACTUALLY A FALSE STATEMENT!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE (2) MANAGERS STINK!!! ANYTIME I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING WITH MY ORDER WHETHER IT BE PRICE OR THE MEAL ITSELF, ITS ALWAYS A PROBLEM GETTING IT CORRECTED!!!! THE CASHIER'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PRETTY GOOD BUR THE (2) FEMALE MANAGERS ATTITUDES ARE THE WORSE!!!!
Extremely unprofessional staff. Time is 1:27 pm. The woman without glasses didn't help me with my Uber Eats order. She walked off on me. Not only that, the make supervisor, older guy, disregarded my customer complaint about said worker. I will never order here personally and I hope Uber Eats don't make me come back. We need a zero star option because this location deserves it. I thought the one on 18th and Blue Island was something.
