Manager Melinda is awful. She works the late night shift. She has no social skills. She refused to serve me. Why??? Because her staff took my order and she doesn't have it. She called tge cops because she refused to acknowledge i waited 30 min in line. This woman has no leadership skills and actually she belongs cleaning bathrooms. She has terrible customer service skills. She never offered anything for my troubles and made my service the worst of any Mc Donalds.
Honestly you guys should be sued… I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way… between the owners incompetence and the managers I’m not surprised at all that my order yet again was wrong… I speak English, 2 spicy wraps and 2 apple pies.. sounds simple right? It’s only 11pm on a Tuesday and I been in the drive thru for over a hour . Just for fries …. Something gotta give with this FAST FOOD …. If your going to take long make sure it taste good atleast
