The people working there are great! I've never had any issues with my order. The woman who takes my order at the drive thru is outstanding! She always has a smile! She thanks me for my order and she informed me about saving money with the mobile app. Now when I drive by her window we wave to each other. She's the best! That's the reason why I pass by two other McDonalds and order from her location exclusively! Thank you treating me so well!
I LOOOOVVVVEEE THIS LOCATION! AND LET ME TELL YOU WHY! I WAS STRANDED AFTER LOSING MY KEY SOMEWHERE I CAN'T IMAGINE. THE MANAGER WENT OUT OF HER WAY ADDED MONEY TO HER CARD TO SEND A LYFT TO MY SON IN DETROIT TO BE PICKED UP TO COME TO MCDONALD'S IN WALLED LAKE TO BRING THE EXTRA KEY TO PICK ME TO. Awesome
Got a double quarter pounder with cheese. Had to wait for them to make it. Got to the office and when I opened the burger up, it’s missing the button portion of the bread. If I’m spending over 11$ for a meal. I do want everything that comes with it, especially waiting for it too.
