Ordered online was told the ice cream machine was out of order and went inside to get a refund only for someone else to say the ice cream machine is working and got my ice cream, lying to the customers face just to not do something is disgusting, and my chicken sandwich is stale and extremely dry like it was sitting in the heater for hours, and don't know wats going on with the pickles but I got 2 different pickles that were not McDonald's???? Night Shift took my order and wouldn’t come to the window to deliver my food, They stood there and talked while I was waiting on my food for about 15 minutes until I pulled off. I don’t know the person’s Name who were working the window, But she’s tall, dark skinned with long braids
Went thru driveway the wait to order was long..there was 1 car in front of me, got my Big Mac with lite lettuce and when I got it clumps of the sauce dripping from the sandwich,and nothing completely dry on the other bun..smh...
