The order taker sounded like she understood what I wanted so I was impressed and felt a little confident that I would get exactly what I ordered. That's not how it turned out. I requested the bun on my fish sandwich to be extra toasted. It wasn't and the fish was not hot. I really don't understand why "extra toasted bun" is so foreign to McDonald's workers.
Not much to say it’s fast food. It’s not like it used to be back in the day where the employees were courteous, kind professional to the customers that was patronizing. The establishment food is good for fast food but when you are one that is conscious about Customer Service and the franchise does not appreciate the ladder you get what you get. you have these young kids that’s just there to get a paycheck so they can really care less on how they treat the customer And that’s unfortunate. so for this location if you like Mick... read more
