The workers here have zero customer service skills. Been to hundreds of stores. This is the only one that doesn't take responsibility and says "other stores are doing it wrong". No Sir... YOU are the reason why it is wrong.
I made a mobile order and the young man asked me if I have mobile order . And then no responses. I waited for 30 seconds and other line cars kept moving. So I moved forward and the guy gave me no apologies and explanations and told me to wait at reserved number 2. Horrible service!
