This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in years. First of all, I ordered a hamburger with bacon and it didn't have bacon, and just in case, it took them more than 25 minutes to deliver my order. It's obvious how inefficient the workers are and that there's no leader in charge. Finally, two of the four self-checkout totems were out of service, and the place was very dirty and neglected. They should be ashamed of themselves for having a restaurant as filthy and poorly served as this one.
This restaurant gets a lot of traffic so I get that business needs to move along quickly however the fries were luke warm and barely any salt on them and not much friendliness in the drive through. More like, "here's your total, here's your food." The biggest problem is most people go to McD for the fries and if you get that right then everyone is happy. We weren't happy with our order.
We have gone twice and ordered sweet tea only to be served tea. No sweetness to be had. We mentioned this to one of the girls and she simply shrugged her shoulders. It’s seems like she didn’t care whether or not the tea lived up to its name. I guess customer service is not something they train there.
Stopped by to get breakfast. But the girl with blonde hair at the window was not only rude but disrespectful. We simply needed time to decide what we wanted (we were four people in the car). When we got to the window to pay, the demeanor and attitude was uncalled for. Not only did she take our order incorrectly and cream/ sugar were missing, she handed out a drink while my dad was reversing a bit because she had forgotten to hand it to us.
