I was just in the drive thru and after i paid i went to the next window to get my food. The female staff at the window proceeded to walk away and close the window as i was still talking. I had to honk to get her attention. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Do better with your drive thru staff. She looked to be wearing some kind of management shirt.
They have order devices that are confusing. Once you select what you want, it wants you to order more. I couldn't find how to pay. No one answered the help needed button. After 5 minutes I left hungry.
The "new McDonald's" with computer kiosk ordering in the lobby is sterile and impersonal. It's like a vending machine in an employee lounge. I'll stick to the drive through, at least that way I interact with a human.
Horrible Experience. First time here last night since moving into the area. All our food was super old tasting and cold. Couldn’t even pull the chicken apart. Forgot 2 of my fries. Stopped by again this morning ordered a Steak Egg n Cheese bagel , get home and it’s sausage. Will never go here again.
