I visited McDonald’s this morning and ordered the Big Breakfast with a hash brown. My total came to $11.99, and overall the experience started off well. My food was prepared and served in a timely manner, and everything tasted good. However, when I was at the counter, the employee who assisted me, Maria, handed me my breakfast. I asked if I could get some additional butter and syrup. She responded by saying that it was already in the bag and then immediately walked away. Maybe it was a technology issue and beyond their control. Possibly understaffed as well but the intent of mobile ordering is for a quick getaway. Not a 30 min wait… May fully be on corporate for their app but makes it hard to want to return to this location.
