The manager on Friday afternoon was on her A game very professional and her customer service was excellent
I was charged $8 dollars for an orange juice here. I ordered a breakfast combo meal and then one other sandwich and my total was $23 dollars. The combo meal was listed at about 11 and the sandwich 4. When I asked the employee if 23 dollars was correct he responded with “Orange Juice is 8 dollars Ma’am”. It’s not clearly stated anywhere on their menu and I just found it to be an unreasonable mark up and it’s shady that they don’t make that clear. Ever since the remodel, the customer service literally disappeared. As a Dasher, I abhor picking up orders here. The employees must have something against dashers because they do not talk, they're actually a bit smug, and I always have to wait a long time. Foreign order that should be ready when I get there.Because it's prepaid.
