They don’t let you use the restroom, just cus they don’t wanna clean it all Tables were dirty. I understand they are close to venue events. But why have to restrooms if u aren’t going to let customers use them
Disclaimer - we've only ever experienced this location after Midnight when leaving a concert or event at the Forum. I can't speak for the quality or customer service you may experience from their crews during standard hours, but their night crew harnesses what I can only describe as Witchcraft to produce the greatest McDonald's food of all time - no joke. Son un pésimo servicio, ni siquiera les gusta hablarle a uno, no que solo quieren que uno tome su orden en los self serve kiosk, no te explican lo que estás ordenando, realmente mi familia y yo dejamos toda la comida allí, porque estaba fría y sin sabor, parecía vieja. todo mal, hasta los baños estaban asquerosos.
El servicio pésimo, la comida 😡 estaba fría y tiesa, como si fuera comida vieja. Pedí un chocolate y me dieron leche, hable con la encargada y no hizo nada, dijo si no le gusta no puedo hacer nada. Fue horrible. No lo recomiendo para nada. Estabamos tan molestos que se me olvido tomar foto de ello.
