I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s every Thursday morning for breakfast, and the experience is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and kind — they truly make you feel welcome. A special mention to the lady who may be the manager or supervisor; she consistently goes above and beyond with her warm, social attitude and genuine care for the customers. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority here, and it shows. Thank you to the whole team for making our mornings better!
Went here two weekends ago for coffee with my sister dropped her off at the front to use the bathroom. Told her to meet me at the end of the drive through. The lady at the checkout where you get your food was looking and looking and pointing at her. Finally I realized she was pointing at my sister. The worker thought my sister was begging for change. Countless times the lid on my coffee is not secure. I had one spill on me today as I was driving home. I lifted it to take a sip of coffee, then the lid flew off with coffee pouring down into my lap. Burning my inner thighs and groin area. I had to race home after so I could get in the shower for cold water. Don't think I'll be going back anymore.
It says it is 24 hours but it is not. Drive thru only.
