Christopher always provides excellent service. My order's never been wrong. The ice cream machine is always working. One time, I came in around 5:30 AM one morning with a frappe on my order. The woman working the drive thru said the frappe machine wasn't working. I pulled forward so that other customers would be able to get their food while the lady came to my car to discuss a replacement. Much to my surprise, she had my frappe! She managed to get it up and running just to help me out. Wonderful service here.
Slow and the inside is FILTHY
Workers unfriendly and overall unpleasant to speak to. Arrived at the specified time to pick up and waited 20 minutes as they vocalized being unhappy about being there on the 4th of July. We arrived within business hours so I don’t know why they were mad.
The service was bad this time. I ordered Eat In at the kiosk & didn't get a receipt. My food was brought to me at the table at which I was sittin', but was in a To Go bag. I appreciated the fact that the young lady brought me my food, but I'm eatin' in -- & she forgot my drink. I called after her, "this is for Eat In." I followed her to the counter & said when she returned that this is for Eat In & that she forgot my drink (as calmly as I could muster).
