Morning/day crew is awesome! I’ve never had an issue with a breakfast order. They are accurate, efficient and pleasant in the mornings. Evenings are a different story. Service is much slower, food is subpar (cold fries, etc) and the staff aren’t unpleasant but no where near as pleasant as the day staff.
They don't do basic customer service such as greeting or have manners. I placed an online order and picked up my order through the drive-thru. Took about 10 minutes to get the food. I checked the bag as soon as they handed it to me to make sure nothing was missing. Fries were already cold (like they weren't in the warmer or something) and very obviously old (probably sitting there for an hour). I order a double bacon cheeseburger. It had no bacon. It was very unpleasant that today—before I even received my food—the person at the drive-through window picked up a cat from the car ahead of me, didn't wash their hands, and then handed me my drinks just like that. I have nothing against animals, but that is unhygienic.
Yikes totally unimpressed with the flirtatious behavior that was given to me. Disgusting and disappointing… do better.
