I would like to know how to get a hold of your district manager apparently the other day they got my order wrong three times each time I spoke to a shift manager name Yasmine anytime I got a rude feedback I asked her what her will her store managers name was and she told me that she was the store manager then I asked what her district manager's number was and she told me she couldn't give it to me so please help me contact your district manager or HQ
Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru to make an order. THEN spent 20 minutes being told to "Wait a moment" by the person on the intercom multiple times. I left pissed and hungry
Waited for 18 minutes at drive through. Got home and got the wrong sandwich. I called and was told I had to bring sandwich back for a refund. I will never go here again. Third time. No more
Super slow in drive through, kid couldn't be heard clearly or even close, didnt use screen so no way to check order. Then, as a type 1 diabetic paying for a DIET coke, imagine my disappointment when I received a regular coke? Coma and or death awaits. Went back and took it inside and kid replied that we ordered regular coke. Are you kidding me? If he had misheard us and used the screen like they are supposed to, we would have seen his error but then their order processing times would look way worse so why do that? To add ins... read more
