This little McDonald's restaurant has a really hard-working staff doing their absolute best to serve their customers. The problem with McDonald's in general (not just this location) isn't the staff or the food. It is that McDonald's tries to please everyone. They try to make ordering very convenient with the drive-through, McDonald's app, and the kiosks in each store. Because of all these options, the poor staff are quickly overwhelmed trying to keep up. I ordered two Hot ’n Spicy McChickens through the drive-thru, but I was charged about $35. Luckily, I noticed the incorrect amount on the card reader immediately after paying. When I questioned the charge, an employee brought over someone who appeared to be more senior. She asked whether I had actually ordered at the speaker or if I was only picking up an order.
