Pulled up to the drive thru and the lady over the intercom said something that was hard to understand and i thought she was wanting our order. She was rude and screamed at me that she didnt ask for my order, and said "Can you wait!?" She then proceeded to leave me waiting for 10+ minutes while a huge line gathered behind me. She then finally took my order and proceeded to be rude and sounded like she hated the world. My kids were frightened by her demeanor. Overall awful experience!
Breakfast had been great my past few visits. no wait, happy employees at window. Evening shift needs to take notes I’m scared to eat there when evening shift workers are there just saying.
Was trying to call and ask a question because the lobby was closed two hours early and the woman who answered the phone hung up on me as I was trying to talk to her. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Would not recommend coming to this location I recommend going to the one on merchants. They’re very nice, friendly and very professional.
