Came through this drive through and we asked for a large meal they gave us a medium. get to the window we asked for a large drink and not the meal he tells us it's 3-4 dollars more. Asked Reuben if he was sure or just guessing he claims he was sure... NOT. We had came inside bc our fries were extremely cold and we go to the kiosk only to find out the extra charge was only 40 cents more. This gentleman stood at the counter for a while explaining how he was mislead on pricing to the manager wearing all black, or at least he claimed she was a manager. Looked at me waiting for help and ignored me :/ unfortunately not very pleasant as we are all from the local community. 1030pm 8/11/26 time of visit Hope to see some form of improvement :)
I waited forever in the drive thru in the right lane meanwhile the left lane had 5 cars passed before me. Then, when I get to the window, they immediately tell me to wait in parking space, mind you I had 2 mcchickens and 1 medium fries. I placed my order through the app.
