I waited for minutes in the drive-through before being told hold on a minute. I waited a little bit Longer, gave my order and was told that they don’t have any soft drinks only sweet tea or lemonade. I said lemonade and then nothing. I waited for another minute before finally just driving away. Frustrated because the customer service was so horrible.
TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE STAFF, AND STINKY LOBBY
My order was completely wrong. When I pulled up to the window, cashier was on her phone watching a movie not paying attention of course. I had asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte and was given an iced coffee. I asked to be corrected and they proceed to give me a cold latte in a coffee cup. So no progress made on the latte. Never eating McDonald's again
