No paper in the self serve station where you order so no receipts or order numbers , no ketchup in the lobby. I said something politely to the cashier for her to roll her eyes at me 😑 let’s do better
Went inside to order, and a kid came up to take my order and looked annoyed about it and didn't say 'have a nice day' or anything. The manager shook out some fries from the large fry, giving less than there were supposed to be. Had a worker stand beside me while I was trying to test out the drink I wanted to make sure it tasted good, and the worker didn't move around me to get access to the machine; he just waited like I was just a barrier he couldn't get around. Horrible customer service.
Not the best not the worst mcds. Hits the spot in a pinch. Staff is usually on point and orders are correct. Drive through can get crazy. Have told up a couple of times have been CLOSED even though they are 24/7?
