Made my online order from the parking lot. Time was great they had it finished in no time. Since I ordered my meal before 7:30 in the morning I can understand their shake machine not being up and running, but, I do not understand why my food was cold. Like I said I ordered from their parking lot there's no reason my food should have been cold at 7:30 in the morning. great customer service today!!! We were offered coloring pages and crayons inside while we waited for our food. Food was fresh and delish. Everyone was very kind.
This has got to be the worst mcdonalds here in Portage, fries are never hot, even when you order cook to order, slow and always, always your order is going to be wrong, except for in the morning, that crew is on point!! Done going there!!
you have the option of pushing 20 buttons on the inside kiosk for a simple order or going through the drive-thru and having them totally screw up your order. Went there yesterday through drive thru. Ordered 2 burritos and an egg mcmuffin. Easy order right? well they added a large diet coke. I requested a refund for that. Then I noticed they put the mcmuffin with no muffin on the order.
