absolute worst customer service
Man when they said Michigan has the lowest rated McDonald's, they weren't kidding. They will take orders on one speaker. I sat in the left speaker and got skipped twice. I had to talk first to get their attention. Workers need to pay more attention.
We pull up at 11:39 PM no one’s in the building everyone’s outside we’re sitting there and no one says anything so we roll back around. We asked the GM or he’s a manager and we asked him I said are you open and he said no and I said why don’t you have signs that say hey we are currently closed right now. We have placed an online order didn’t know they were shut down. This happened many times
