Service slow, could improve
People were nice, but just took a while to get our order. However food was served hot and fresh!
Ordered through the drive thru today at 12:33pm, was asked to pull up around the building to wait. After 25 mins finally got my food, ordered a plain double cheeseburger. Label said plain, however for some reason there was Big Mac sauce on it. Not sure how hard it is to read a tag to make a sandwich right.
1 hour wait time for breakfast to then finally get information that they were out of food!?!?! 2 weekends in a row. got there with plenty of time before 10 am. Ordered through the app for pickup, sat in space 6 for an hour, before going to the window and finding out they are giving refunds because they are out of breakfast now? This store continuously messes up, missing items, missing adjustments to items(which is important when a family member is vegetarian from birth), terrible weekend customer service.
