I get that there are staffing issues and god knows what all, but something really stood in the way of "fast" food. This isn't isolated, over several months this place is struggling to get the food out fast and even after 17 minutes and two cars ahead the fries weren't Don and the sandwich was room temp. But, at least I can get a free sandwich if I lie on the survey.
Drive thru is SLOW
Seriously consider getting a new drive thru person. You cannot understand the younger woman working some mornings. I literally have to ask her to repeat herself. I don't understand why you would choose to put someone in that position who cannot speak clearly
