I would highly suggest that if you're going to hire people that cannot speak English to the bare minimum standard that they can understand an order, you at least leverage the existing technology like AI translation, because as it stands your service is awful and the blame cannot be on employees who aren't being supported by their ownership.
The Coke here always tastes off to me. Just had someone pop out of the drive through window with my drink in one hand and my bag of food in the other, shove them in my face almost immediately after opening the window…only to get to work and notice the order was missing something.
This McDonald's definitely focuses on customer service. I enjoyed that they asked me if I was using rewards since some places dont and they took great care of me and my order. What a great team!
