This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The location on 36th Street and Broadway is consistently terrible. They never seem to have half the items you try to order, and when you finally do get your food, it’s often soaked in oil and barely edible. The customer service makes it even worse. Several of the employees I’ve dealt with have been rude, disrespectful, and act like customers are bothering them just by placing an order. I always go here because its a great service experience; the lead manager, Kim, she is on it good! She remembers me and she is all about professionalism.
