Had an issue with my order in which the wait time was very long. I brought it up to a manager (ms janelle) and she resolved it amazingly, and offered me adequate compensation. Greatly appreciated!
I was given the wrong food for breakfast this morning. I asked for an extra crispy hashbrown and my hashbrown was cold. I want my money back! I would have pulled back up, but I had to get to work! Service here sucks!!!
Every time I go to this location's drive thru, they make me pull around to the side of the building and don't bring me my food for at least 20 minutes. They do this to artificially make their drive thru times look better, even when there's nobody else in the drive thru. Very frustrating when you just want a quick burger.
Consistently slow on orders. Not as quick as they use to be when they first opened. The slowest McDonald’s in Baton Rouge. Average weight time is 10 minutes after they ask you to pull over and park. Polite staff and clean facility.
