This was the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a fast food place. I order at the drive-thru and all I got was a mango pineapple smoothie. I was handed one that was clearly full of ice chunks and looked like it wasn't blended properly, which has happened before so I knew it'd be gross. Got to the drive through at 11:40 am left at 12:10 excited to try the big arch and bring my family some food. I get home and instead of a big arch and a double quarter pounder there’s two hamburgers and a single quarter pounder with NO American cheese. Got my drink right and with me having to pull to the second window and wait for 30 minutes I figured my order would be right. Guess you can’t count on them for anything.
Super slow service. Cold tasteless Big Arch burger. Bun way too sweet, soft and dumpling like dough. Over hyped. Cheese substance. Meat like substance. DISAPPOINTING
Extremely slow service, if they get your order correct. Recommend avoiding at all costs. Plenty of other food options nearby.
