This McDonald is in a prime location and it is so disappointing this location is never consistent. It should be one of the best McDonald's but unfortunately; it appears to have poor management. I had to drive to the Gilead location to get what I wanted. Gilead and Old Statesville McDonald's (across from Lowe's) have always been good, when I go. Both locations are a little further but at least you'll get what want and the fries are hot and fresh.
We used the drive thru and only received part of our order. I tried to call, but they don’t answer the phone.
