This store is absolutely ridiculous. 30 minute wait on food .food is always cold. Dashers wait is minimum 20 minutes no matter what time of day it is..horrible restaurant
Made a mobile drive through order for some ice cream. Told them my code at the speaker and they said to pull up. Waited in line for 25 minutes just for them to say their machine is not working and had to continue sitting in line waiting for the cars in front of me.
One of the worse McDonald's I have been too. Traveling through the Macon area and decided to stop by after placing an online order. The store is shameful. No on greeted me at the counter until I keep saying excuse me. Once acknowledged no sorry about your wait or nothing. Very rude, poor management, store nasty. Overall horrible experience. I blame management first there was no order of authority clearly. Someone needs to visit this store asap from upper management.
The atmosphere is amazing fast food great service and staff are awesome worth my drive I love u guys 💕
