Doors closed when they are supposed to be open. I ordered three the app and had to walk to the drive thru. The lady saw me and ignored me until I knocked on the window. If it says open at 6 then the doors should be open.
Although I had to wait. The lady said 4 mins (gave me a timeframe!) Very good customer service today. The lady who took my order spoke very clear and understanding that's always a plus
This place shouldn’t even get one star. The employees are constantly talking while taking orders and bagging orders. Inconsistency. They get your order wrong. A huge part of that is from the management.
waited in Line for 20 min and still had to wait another 20 at the window
The employees walks around like they don't see u I'm lost is this a McDonald's I rather drive to Hartley bridge and get food adleast they make you feel welcome
