Told me they were only taking mobile orders, placed a mobile order and came back a couple minutes later and the crew is in the back actively goofing off and hiding from the customers in line AROUND THE BUILDING. Kept giving nasty looks through the windows and ignoring the drive thru and not responding to anything. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of witnessing, complete and utter incompetence from both the crew and upper management.
Got a box with raw nuggets. Store employees seemed to think it wasn't a big deal. Sent a message to corporate and got a automated "sorry our food didn't live up to your expectations" message.
Very good service and their burgers are very good
They're back to awful service and food!
