Our order was missing an entire meal, which we did not discover until we got home.
It will be a year or more before I order from McDonalds again if Ever. I came to the Madison Blvd location on 7/14/25. I tried to use my code the guy in back cash said my code wasn’t working. After 5 min of setting there he asked me to move up. I ordered a regular quarter pounder with cheese meal. I don’t know who this man is that’s always there taking orders but he does not know what he is doing. He has zero customer service skills and acts as if he has a problem with comprehension.
