Terrible experience here. Ordered on the app using a deal showed up at window and employee said it wasn't showing up. Showed him the order on my phone, my receipt, and the address of the location were all correct and he said we couldn't make the food. I asked for the manager the manager told me to cancel the order and then re order (even though I had a receipt with proof of the order already) and she promised I would not be charged.
