This is the only McDonald's that I can go to and the service is never the same, shortage on drinks and always slow going through the drive thru. Would recommend overall training and retaining talent, reevaluating customer needs and time frames and gather feedback to get your KPIs to increase

I stopped by this McDonalds for breakfast today. My order was taken by a gentleman named Troy. I watched him greet customers as they came in the door, take their orders, work expedisously while gathering their orders, appreciate them for their patience while waiting, and told them to have a great rest of their day on the way out the restaurant. Of a thousand locations that I have visited this is the only one that ever left me aggravated - and keeps doing it after each visit(!) Every time they overcharge and miss the items in my order and when I ask for correction they turn very furious. They act like someone is ripping their limb instead of to be kind to customer who kindly asks for product which has payed for. Last time they charged me full meal order and never gave it to me.
