Not as good of an experience as in the past. Employees don't want to provide customers service, visiting with friends, on their phone, etc. buns seem to be dry also.
I placed a curbside order. When I arrived they said it’s not in their system even though the order is on my app with an order number. It also shows the payment on my Apple Wallet. The manager (Jorge) refused to acknowledge anything and avoided eye contact. One of the employee had to help me with a replacement order for my child. All the manager did was continue to yell at his employees the entire time I was there. I was told that employees often quit because he’s rude and yells all the time.
