4-16-26 840am When in to buy a Diet Coke, had my coffee from 30mins ago half gone in my hand during purchase of Diet Coke. Was offered another. I stated just a refill would do. The Manager with glasses, been there for a long time as such, began telling her employee that it wasn't allowed(in Spanish). Which I SPEAK SPANISH even though I'm Caucasian. My favorite location for drive through. Food is always good.
I have been here several times, it is the only one that is closest to work. It is not a friendly atmosphere at all. People are always in a bad mood and another thing Managers have no respect for their employees. I also tried to explain several times how they charge you incorrectly and it is a waste of time to even talk to a manager. This location definitely needs some professional help
