I am very disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald’s drive-thru on October 30. The staff, including the person who claimed to be the manager, were rude and unprofessional. My order was handled poorly, and I felt completely ignored and disrespected. I hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure customers are treated with respect in the future.
I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20. I was charged and order was placed. I get to the drive thru screen at 10:32 and provide my code. They tell me breakfast isn’t able to be ordered after 10:30. I said I know, I ordered at 10:20 and was already charged. They tell me that the order isn’t placed until I get to the screen. Then why am I charged before if it’s not even ordered?? Don’t let people order on your app if you aren’t going to provide the items.
