Ordered food for someone and paid online for them to pick up from this location and they refused to give him his meal claiming it wasnt paid for. I sent him all the confirmation codes provided from mcdonalds app and even screen shots of the successful transaction and they argued with him for 15 minutes about it before he finally gave up and left hungry. Crazy way for a McDonald's to act over 12 dollars worth of food.
The touch menu didn't want to work properly and trying to get into the restroom also proved difficult. They use a fob remote not a code. Meh. Overall nice place though.
Got my food in a timely manner but the buns on both my sandwhiches were stale, the spicy mcchicken tasted old, and there was no extra mayo like I asked for. I also asked why my bill was so high when I was buying a hot n spicy mcchicken(listed at $3.00) and getting a double cheese (original price $4.99) for a dollar. They said my total was over $6.00!!!
