went to the drive-thru to buy a combo, and I had to wait more than five minutes. When I finally used the speaker, a staff member with a very bad attitude told us it was closed. If it was closed, why did they make us wait? I also checked the website, which says they close at 12 a.m., but when I was there, it was around 11:25 p.m. This means they either refused to take my order and others' or simply ignored us, even though they should have been open until midnight. I am very disappointed with this experience.
Crappie service and very rude employees. Management is just as bad. Do better Mcdonalds.
Im a regular in the mornings and the staff is see all the time I know by name and they know me as well. Always greeting with a smile and not just me but to everyone. Fast friendly and efficient
