I’ve been a long-time daily customer at this location, and while the service is usually slow, it never bothered me until this morning. I placed my order using the mobile app 15 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the drive-through, I was rudely asked to hold for “a moment.” After waiting for over 6 minutes, I said, “Hello?” The drive-through employee responded, “Yep, I said hold on.” Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and drove away. This location will no longer be getting my business.
Anytime my family comes here we are always asked to pull over for our food and wait even when theres almost no other customers. There's been more than once we've had to wait an hour for 2 or 3 items. It's usually at least a 30 min wait for just 1-2 items. We now actively make an effort to not come here because it's not worth the time or money. By the time you get the food it's usually not good either. I know it's not the workers fault and most likely a staffing issue but it makes it not worth spending the money.
Order taker did not ask if I was using APP today? Are they suppose to ask this.
