I waited for 20 minutes for service and once a young Hispanic guy told my order I asked can you get it now and he looked at me and called me a SMART ASS. I was very upset by this comment and his manager did NOTHING. I contacted McDonald's headquarters and I have not heard anything. I guess this is ok behavior. I will not spend my money there and I will pass this info onto social media ASAP
Bathroom was very dirty
It's fast-food....they get my order right most of the time and the food is usually good and hot. I get points for free food and order from the value menu. McDonald's is my goto spot for breakfast and dinner....good food quickly
