I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from the McDonald’s located at 6650 W Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85043. This experience was not only frustrating but deeply disheartening — especially as someone who used to work at McDonald’s and knows the standard of care and professionalism that should be upheld. Complaint Regarding Drive-Through Policy I came to this location at 10 PM last night. As a truck driver, my semi-truck couldn’t fit through the drive-through, so I walked up to place an order. I was refused service because I wasn’t in a car. I explained to the manager that I’m diabetic, was hungry, and my blood sugar was dangerously low.
