I used to enjoy McDonald’s for a quick and reliable meal, but lately, the quality has been terrible. The food is always lukewarm or flat-out cold by the time I get it. The fries taste stale, the burgers are soggy, and the chicken sandwiches are either overcooked or underseasoned. It feels like they rush everything without caring how it turns out.
Terrible customer service. They wanted me to go around back in line for a singular sauce packet
