I just get irritated when they forget to either add straws or when you ask for ketchup they forgot it, but the worst is when you order chicken nuggets and they ask you what kind of sauce, and when you go home, there's no sauce ugh!: Update, haven't really been back for awhile but I was craving their fish sandwich, once again it failed,. came around 30 minutes before closing, put in an online order through the app, it went through, my card was charged and everything. when we formed the drive thru line NO ONE answered, NO ONE said anything, no “we’re closed.” NOTHING. lights were still on up until we went around, but no one was at either of the windows. It seemed like they were just trying to wait their shift out with no orders.
Unfortunately this is the closest McDonalds to me. I keep going back thinking they couldn’t possibly mess up my order again. They did. It’s almost always wrong if I offer more than one meal. They are also always rude. This time the manager took my order which was wrong and was so rude at the window. She rushed me off so I didn’t have time to double check my order. Got home and it was completely wrong and missing burgers.
