Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Asked for a smoothie got told first they’re out of the flavor mix for the one I asked for so I asked for the other flavor and she turned around and said the ice isn’t grinding. Idk if they didn’t want to make it but it sounds like excuses to me. Don’t like your job that much that you have to be disrespectful find a new one.
"Fast food" here??? Not likely, you'll always wait and get attitude with your order with old food. customer service has always been horrible at this location. Despite living 0.5 miles away i RARELY come here. Edit, once I drive 2 minutes, bc they are LITERALLY .5 miles away, my mcflurry was melted... so you made it and let it sit even tho it claims to be made to order.
