The manager Hayley is beyond rude. She is very condescending and speaks like she is better than everyone. She treats customers like they are nothing and offers no help in anyway. She should not be dealing with customers in any way let alone a manager. She has the worst attitude of anyone I have encountered in a very long time. When asking for her name all she did was as slightly torn and point to her name tag. No care for people on her part.
Horrible hospitality, got my order wrong and proceeded to get my order wrong again while giving me attitude.
The worst McDonald's in the city. No apple pies... And can only take cash. There is always an issue with this location. This place needs an overhaul. I never have these issues at Whataburger. Update..... Still sucks Update.. 1/23 system down they say......still sucks Update 9/22/26 Still sucks....... slowest drive thru in the city and the most expensive
