I made an uber order. Called the store to make a complaint and got hung up on. It’s amazing the poor service. It wasn’t Uber.. so I can’t complaint with them. It was the store, since they are supposed to send your order complete.

Terrible management and broken systems. I placed my order at 10:40 AM and got stuck in a painfully slow drive-thru line. By the time I reached the window, it was just past 11:00 AM. Even though my order was placed well before the breakfast cutoff, I was told their system automatically updates and deletes all previous orders , meaning they refused to give me the food I paid for. Went through the drive thru to be told to go wait in the Drive thru spot 3 and there was only 2 so what are we supposed to do? never again! Also gave us only one ketchup what’s up with that. Portions must be low.

I went through your drive through at 705 and the first lady in the window, I asked her to split my payment and she put it all on one card doesn't even talk just stares at you. But the girl at the second window was awesome. Great customer service. She knew how to talk.
