I don’t know who they have working the drive-through, but it’s a bigger black lady and I can easily say right now this is probably hands down one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to cause of her customer service is in nicest ways of saying it was shit… I get my food and it’s crushed up and my drinks were wrong but she had the audacity to say can you not just take that…
I ordered a World Cup meal and I didn’t receive my drink at the window nor at the parking lot

I had a really bad experience at this location today. I placed a mobile order and provided my pickup code at the drive-thru. After going through both windows, I was instructed to park in spot #1 and wait for my order. I waited for 20 minutes before going inside to check on it. I was then told they couldn't find my order. Even though my payment had already gone through and I showed them my order history and provided the pickup code again, they still refused to give me my order or issue a refund. Customer service at this location really lacks quality. From the manager to the employees, they don’t know the word sorry or my apologies. Speed of service is horrible, always place my order on the app ahead of time and I even check I’m here box to make sure when I arrive I don’t have to way for my order, unfortunately that’s not the case, most of the time they parked me and today I had to way almost 25min for my order.
