Muy mal servicio
I come here EVERY morning, just for coffee, and get the same order every day. 2 black coffees. One black iced, one hot black. Yet EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET TO THE WINDOW THEY HAND ME THE ICED ONE WITH THE CREAM AND SUGAR and I’m the inconvenience for sending it back through the window to request it to be fixed. BLACK COFFEE. ICE. Nothing else. I love McDonald’s coffee, but now this is the 11th time. Get it together.
Worker at the window handed my food without saying a word. I asked if everything is correct & there. Got home, to no sauce for the nuggets and I order 2 of the strawberry pie and ended up with 2 apples pie instead. EVERYTIME I come here, something is always wrong. McDonald's, do you guys not train your employees?
