I shouldn’t have to wait for food, and then I get it, and it’s cold. The fries were not fresh they were hard and cold, and the burger bun was stale. You all have to do better, no more McDonald’s for me.
This Mcdonald's location needs help. They do not have enough staff to assist customers. No one is available at the register as if they are forcing everyone to use digital platforms the app to place an order when this is not applicable to everyone. They do not have an accessible water or beverage station anywhere for customers, forcing them to have to wait a long time for the abseiling of staff to get their drink refills.
