This Mcdonald's location needs help. They do not have enough staff to assist customers. No one is available at the register as if they are forcing everyone to use digital platforms the app to place an order when this is not applicable to everyone. They do not have an accessible water or beverage station anywhere for customers, forcing them to have to wait a long time for the abseiling of staff to get their drink refills. Excellent place I love the every McDonald's I've ever went to and the one that I went to today was so totally awesome
Rude employees, no customer service training, RUDE, RUDE AND NO none of us there were rude to them. One even stated that these people are getting in her nerves
