It's a McDonald's not the best area
The food is what you expect, ready both fast and hot; which is what you want. The strongest part was the app ordering, which really seemed better and more straightforward than most fast food restaurants. The quick simple app ordering led to faster window time, and overall hotter better tasting food imo.
It was quite busy when I went so the food came out hot and fresh, was quick and had no issues with anything. The inside is quite nice it feels almost like you’re at an airport, it’s quite new and fancy. Had a play set and plenty of seating.
This is the second time we have came to this location within 2 weeks, and sadly wont be coming back ; due to the lack of customer service and communication of an employee who was not only rude and unhelpful but also unprofessional . It was a very unpleasant moment and i am a true believer in when i have good customer service that the food will be great . But once going through this situation with this employee at 04/02/2025 @ 8:30pm drive through i wont return to this location. My kids we so excited about the new minecraft m... read more
