I waited at the drive thru for 35 mins while they only took orders from one side. After my order I waited another 12 mins to get to the window. Once at the window I had two people ask me what my order was. I waited another 10 mins while I heard the workers laughing and joking. When I got my food they gave me the wrong drink, the wrong sauce and hard stale fries. In addition, they forgot to give me my second drink. Store is consistently slow and they make up their own open/close times. Rude staff including some of the managers and just the level of poor customer service is unmatched.

It gets worse with every visit! They always screw up the order or they are out of items. Ice cream machine is always "being cleaned". And don't dare try to nicely tell the staff they messed up your order. You will get a side of rude you didn't ask for! The last visit, we ordered online. We still waited 30 mins after arriving 10 mins after placing the order!!! Unacceptable. They were not even that busy at that time. Very slow and needs more motivated people or more employees.
