I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the disgraceful service I received at your McDonald’s location at 725 E Street in Chula Vista on the evening of July 16, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m. I placed my order in the drive-thru and was told to pull forward to wait for my food, which supposedly needed “a few minutes.” I waited patiently — for over 15 minutes — while multiple cars behind me were served and left. No había Internet y la comida nos llegó aplasta pero buena y algunas mesas estaban sucias
They forgot my order and the wait time was long and the breakfast deluxe was alright nothing too good . The tables were unclean and dirty and the floor had a lot of trash. Ronald McDonald would be disappointed 😔
