Okay, I honestly didn’t expect to be writing a review for a McDonald’s since it’s a franchise and you assume the food is the same everywhere. But lately I’ve been going more often because it’s such an easy grab-and-go with a toddler. And I have to say, this location really stands out. The food has been fresh, hot, tasty and actually REALLY good. It’s 100% better than what I’ve experienced at other locations. Definitely a 10 out of 10. This owner is doing something right.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service and food quality. The fries I received were clearly undercooked—they tasted like they were dropped in grease for a few seconds and pulled out before they were fully done. That’s not just frustrating, it’s a food safety concern. On top of that, I specifically asked for straws and still didn’t receive them. It feels like basic attention to detail is being overlooked.
